C25K. Week 2. Day 3.

I’ve been doing the Couch 2 5K program on our treadmill.

It’s a three days per week program that slowly increases your running and helps you prepare for running a 5K. I completed Week 2 today and am feeling better with each completed day. I’ve been taking a picture of the treadmill results each day and posting them on my Instagram account. I’m going to post them here just to help keep me honest.

I also have discovered a station on Pandora that was extremely helpful to keep me moving. 80’s Pop. Yes, sir.
