C25K. Week 3. Day 2.

Just a post to record today’s progress. I completed C25K week 3 day 2. My speeds were: 3.7 MPH Walk and 4.2 Run. I also added a 3rd 3 minute run segment so that I had a solid 30 minutes of cardio today. As an aside, I decided to do some kettle bell exercises during lunch. I’ve learned that, perhaps, I shouldn’t do kettle ell and then run. My legs are a tad sore. 🙂 For posterity, here’s my treadmill display.
