C25K. Week 3. Off Day #2.

Ugh. I really felt sluggish and tired this morning.
I stepped on the treadmill just to keep moving on my C25K off day. I wasn’t really wanting anything except calories burnt. I’m theorizing that the combination of not drinking as much water yesterday and not sleeping as much last night is making me tired. Anyway, I did 30 minutes. Speeds: 3.8 MPH walk and one 3 minute 4.2 MPH run (just bc I wanted to run. Haha). Posterity pic.
