Last night was our in-house date night. We spent the evening watching the season premiere of Shark Tank.
It was a scheduled off day for my C25K program and I wanted to try something different on the exercise front.
I broke out the exercise ball and looked at exercises on Pinterest. While watching Shark Tank, I tried these exercises. I have to admit that is completely different than I’ve been doing. My favorites are the shoulder tap and pushups using the ball. I think it definitely worked because my abs are hurting today!! I’m excited that I have another form of exercises to add to my weekly rotation.
