104 lbs down.

Done 1 lb this week. 104 lbs down since 9/17/10. After an experiment trying myfitnesspal (counts calories), I’ve found that I prefer WW’s counting of points each day. Thanks to my sweet friends, I have located iTrackBites app. LOVE IT! $1.99 for the app and no monthly fee. If you have been using WW and know how the points work, it is pretty easy and much cheaper.

14 lbs from my next goal. 3 lbs from my lowest weight ever. Let’s do this!
