36 weeks. DS #4.

Warning: this post will contain frank discussion of female anatomy. If you are easily offend, please stop reading.

My regular OB ended up not being available for my 36 week appointment when I arrived at the office. After much discussion with the office staff, they finally got a midwife to see me for an internal exam and possibly the Group B Strep test.

They set me up on a NST to monitor contractions and baby movement. After a while, the verdict came back: 4 cm and 50%. Having regular contractions. His head is still blottable. As the midwife said, “you’re headed to the big house!”

Watch out, world, it looks like another Reinolds will be arriving tonight/tomorrow! 🙂
