A good day.

My hubby is off on Fridays so, when he gets off work on Thursdays, our weekend officially begins.

I’ve been struggling this week mainly because of lack of sleep. Because of this struggle, I haven’t had the opportunity to exercise as I’d like. However, I snapped Thursday. We usually just relax on Thursday nights but not last night! Both my husband and I were able to run/wog.

And… It continued today! We slept well last night and I jumped up to wog. Today’s results: ate sensibly all day (even choose to skip PIZZA tonight!!), wogged a total of 5.82 miles today AND drank my whole 120 oz of water. Hopefully, I’ll have a good weigh-in today.

Tomorrow’s agenda: more of today!
