This week’s recap. I had good days. I had bad days. I logged my meals. I didn’t log my meals. I had times where I just needed to eat something quick (“something quick” = Bojangles.) Then, I made pumpkin crunch cake for a dinner we hosted. And there was leftovers. And I’ve been eating them.
I guess I should just post my weigh-in. 199.5 lbs. I guess not bad considering the week. We keep working from here.
Ps. This may sound like a lack of success to some people. This may sound like I need a “get skinny quick” option. This may sound like I’m not devoted to this process. None of these statements are true. I’m living real life. And, sometimes you have successes. Sometimes you have bad days. You keep going.
