Keep moving!

This was a good week. I logged my food every day and I tried to maintain movement. A friend recommended a YouTube fitness video and I did that two days during my kids’ nap times.

Weekly weigh-in: 193.5 lbs. Down 1.5 lbs since last week.
Next goal: 18.5 lbs to go!
Ultimate goal: 48.5 lbs to go!
