I’m finally past 6 months postpartum.
It seems like my energy level picks up after 6 months. DS #4 is sleeping a good amount of hours at night. So, I started a couple days ago trying to refocus on eating right and moving more.
I start 2015 at 185.0 lbs.
I’m still following WW guidelines for portions and daily food intake. For exercise, I’m using the Health app on my iPhone and moving LOTS. Nothing extravagant. Treadmill and increase my steps.
