January has been an up and down month for me.
I started out doing lots of miles wogging. The weight was slowly coming off but I was frustrated with the speed of weight loss compared to the amount of exercise. Then, we went to Florida for almost a week. Traveling always throws my weight loss journey for a loop. When we got back from Florida, I started detoxing. I never drink a lot of water when traveling so it takes a few days to get my body hydrated again.
Anyway, today is the first normal weekly weigh-in: 176.5 lbs!! Woohoo!!! Only 1.5 lbs from my next goal.
January loss: 8.5 lbs. success!!!
On to February!! I’d like to lose another 8 lbs and wog another 50 miles. Totally attainable goals.
