Day 12. 

I had an AWESOME day today and that was needed after the horrible day yesterday. I’m gonna spend the weekend doing house projects so all I’m gonna blog is details of each day. 

Breakfast:


3/4 cup Pumpkin Cheerios, 1 cup skim milk and black coffee.

Lunch:


Today was grocery and errand day so we bought a rotisserie chicken. One sandwich thin, 3 oz rotisserie chicken, and BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup mac n cheese. Cutie.

Dinner:


I turned down pizza and chose to have a burrito bowl. Leftover Mexican rice, ground beef, sautéed onions and peppers, salsa, 1/4 avocado, sour cream and chipotle taco sauce. It definitely satisfied my Mexican craving.

Water: 110 oz

Movement: just over 16,000 steps and 12 flights of stairs. I felt GREAT today.
